This is the fallow season and it might seem like nothing much is going on in the paddy in front of our house. But there's lots going on. The dead stalks and hulls are feeding horses. And I've seen a few cows, too. The horses are so happy and they run and chase each other and play in the paddy as they graze and fill up with hay. Happy New Year!
